We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that our customer finds unsatisfactory.
For product damaged in delivery, we request you contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can investigate the issue with our shipping partner.
We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
